Caribbean Canadian Artistic Star Inc. (CCAS Inc.) is a multi-service community-based organization with a strong focus on Community, Integration, Culture, Art & Sport development through resident engagement, capacity building and anti-oppression. For over 11 years, the organization has been strategically building the health and well-being of Jane & Finch in collaboration with residents, community leaders, community groups, organizations and partners from within the local community and beyond.
Based in Ontario, we offer many programs that focus on enhancing participants' development. Our experienced staffs, volunteers and coaches have developed programs in ways that allow our participants to unlock their full potential both on and off the pitch. The programs are designed to develop participants across all age groups and skill levels.

Our mission is to positively impact the development of youth and community by providing accessible art and multi- sport life-enriching opportunities to all ages and abilities to create a lifelong passion for the art and sport, and to support innovation, inclusive, equitable level of sport in our city, province and our nation. We strive to play an active role in the leadership, mentorship, development and personal growth of our participants and staff through inclusion, innovation, emotional intelligence and active in community initiatives/engagement, services, partnerships and programs. Our goal is to ensure the accessibility of art and sport in communities while encouraging, inspire and empower each participant and coach the training to attain highest standard in talent and life skill, while helping create leaders and individuals that will inspire others to do the same.
Our experienced coaches focus on each participant abilities and talent to identify the strengths and areas of improvement to be addressed. Our sessions are heavily focused on training and improving each participant technical abilities.
With our resources combined and our experienced coaches, we strive to provide fun and challenging drills and workouts to push each participant to their full potential.
Our programs focus on the cognitive, visual, psychological, and mental performance. We enable participants to use our industry-leading equipment and mentorship program to assess their baseline and development based on their individual needs.
We aim to give each participant the chance to develop both on and off the pitch. We aim to instill values of hard work, persistence, and dedication to success. It's not about how many times you get knocked down, it's about how many times you get back up.
